I'm Dick Lam.
I graduated with an Honours Degree in Economics at the University of New South Wales but quickly discovered a degree did not guarantee a job and was the last person in my class to get a job offer. Since then I have worked in over a dozen industries including 2 recruitment companies with CEOs, CFOs and CIOs, across all departments from smaller companies to those with hundreds of thousands of employees. I learned what employers are after and how to truly sell oneself to get the job one truly wants.
I've also delivered over 200 workshops and seminars to professionals and job seekers and am bringing the most effective job search training I know to you.
